AZFAS conducts 'Third-Party'
Inspections on behalf of clients. Material and work is inspected
as per client requirements against specified international
or national Standards by a panel of experienced and qualified
Inspectors. Third-party Inspections help assure purchasers
of the quality of goods or installations as per their requirements.
All manufactured goods and installations may be subject to
third-party material Inspections.

'third party'.

First party - Inspection conducted
internally by the manufacturer.

Second party - Inspection conducted
by the purchaser.

Third party - Inspection by
a neutral, third party having confidence of the buyer
as well as the seller.

Readiness.
a. Material availability in one lot for inspection.
b. Material to be in despatch packaging in un-sealed condition.
c. Support documentation to be made available including
production records, export packing list etc.

Applicable international or national Standards, to be available
at site by the manufacturer.

Laboratory
Tests. Reports of all laboratory tests by nationally
accredited and recognized laboratories, carried out during
raw material / process / finished goods stage shall be made
available to the Inspection Team. Select laboratory Tests
may need to be re-conducted at the sole discretion of the
Inspection Team.

Other
Aspects.
a. Measuring Instruments, duly calibrated with traceability
to national or international Standards, shall be made available
to assist the Inspection process.
b. All other assistance, including trained personnel, shall
be provided to assist smooth functioning of the Inspection
process.

Transportation
Arrangements. Transportation from Noida / New
Delhi to and from the inspection site shall be under arrangement
of the manufacturer.
